We deliver to Finland, Estonia and to most other European Union countries (See GLS delivery option). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to order products to other countries.
FREE DELIVERY AT THE MOMENT. Delivery in 2-4 working days. You will receive a text mail and a PIN code when the parcel is ready for pick up from the Smartpost locker. Remember to write your cell phone information during the ordering process.
FINLAND: Delivery to Post Office

FINLAND: Home delivery by the Finnish Post
Your order is delivered to your home door. Note that there is only one attempt to make the delivery. If the receiver is not reached, you receive a delivery note and you can pick up the parcel from the nearest Post Office. The delivery price is 12,90 euros. Delivery in 2-4 working days.
ESTONIA: Omniva maxiletter or parcel

EUROPEAN UNION: GLS Euro Business parcel
Inside European Union (EU) deliveries are operated by GLS or their partners. The delivery can be home delivery or delivery to a collection point, depending on the country (more info: www.gls-group.eu). Delivery price 12,90 euros. Delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece (only mainland), Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (only mainland), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (only mainland), Sweden.
Please contact email@example.com. In deliveries to countries outside European Union the buyer is responsible for possible duty and tax payments.
Payments by Klarna (Finland, Sweden, Germany and Austria)
You can pay your order with bank's online payment, with credit card or by using the Klarna's invoice service. You can also make the payment without giving your social security number. Complete your order and follow the payment instructions. Choose the payment method you like, Klarna's default payment method is invoice and here you can also choose bank's online payment or credit card. You find more info from www.klarna.fi. You can also contact Klarna's customer service, phone 09 - 425 99 771, open weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. Invoice as a payment method requires Klarna's acceptance.
Payments by PayPal (All European Union countries)
You can use PayPal payment service if you have a PayPal account. You can sign up for free at www.paypal.com.
Error in product or delivery: check that you have received the products you ordered before opening the packages (only unopened, unused and products that can be reselled can be returned). Give us feedback without delay, at least 5 days after receiving the parcel. Maximum compensation is the price of the product(s) and delivery.
Sens.fi web shop is not responsible for any delays, errors or damages that occur in the delivery company's process.
Cancelling the order: if you have just made an order and want to cancel it, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your order number. You will receive instructions how to proceed. If the parcel is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns: you have right to return the parcel during 14 days from the delivery. The products have to be unopened, unused and re-sellable, otherwise products cannot be refunded. Fill in and send us cancellation form. When returning products, please include the order number, your name and contact info and the number of your bank account for refund. The return parcel is customer's responsibility and the return expenses are paid by the customer. Please save the receipt and tracking code of your return parcel. Sens.fi web shop may reduce the refund payment due to expenses on handling the returns. This applies also to packages which are not picked up (e.g. from the Post Office), also delivery and return costs are deducted from refund amount.
